With the aim of developing our exclusive brand as well as enhancing our services, we respectfully announce the change of company name as follows:

1. Change of company name from ICONS Industrial Construction Joint Stock Company to MEGACON Industrial Construction Joint Stock Company starting from March 30, 2021

(The name MEGACON has been successfully copyrighted by us on 11/17/2020. And, the name was granted an enterprise registration certificate by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi City on March 30, 2021.)

2. Currently the Company is in the process of changing its name and identity. The change of the company's name does not affect transactions, relationships, economic obligations as well as the performance of previously signed contracts.

3. Except for the change of the company's name, all other relevant information of the Company (including tax code, bank account, address, organizational structure ...) are not changed.

The renaming is the plan that we had cherished since 2019 and is one of the turning points in our branding roadmap, so we hope to receive sympathy and support from our valued customers and partners!
